Petrus has built and deployed mobile field-data tools before — including ones that process information directly on the device, without needing an internet connection. That's not a new capability being added to Horn Dev; it's a demonstrated one.
Where this stands today. Horn Dev is new to field & operational software as a dedicated line of work — no completed local projects in this specific area yet. That's not hidden: it means an early project gets full, undivided attention rather than being queued behind other work.
