We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and deliver work you've engaged us for. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
How it's stored
Enquiry and project information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver the work, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping and support afterwards.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request it be deleted. Contact petrus@hornsoftwarearchitects.co.za for any of these requests.
Third-party services
Depending on your project, we may use third-party tools (such as hosting providers or form services) to deliver the service you've requested. These providers only receive the information necessary to do their part.
