How engagements work
Every project is scoped, quoted and delivered directly by Petrus Horn — there is no account-management layer or subcontracting. Pricing is fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. Where a request falls outside Horn Dev's scope, that is stated plainly, including a referral elsewhere where appropriate.
